Homemade Bubble Mix Better Than Miracle Bubbles

I just picked up giant bubble wands at Rite Aid, and I am disappointed that the bubble mixture only pushes out one or two bubbles overall. Not nice. I read a recipe online for good bubble mix and tried it. It produces lovely, long lasting bubbles.

Mix gently together 1 cup water, 2 Tbsp. lite Karo syrup and 4 Tbsp. liquid dish soap. Cindy used green Palmolive, which gives the bubble mix a green tint but does not blow green bubbles. We then cut off the bottom tips of a plastic Pepsi bottle and dipped it into the mixture. It blew all sorts of cool bubbles. Looks like we will be stocking up on the Karo syrup to make more bubble mix.
